If an event is canceled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund. Notification of cancellation will be sent via email, and refunds will be processed within 15 - 20 business days.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 5 working days before the event. To request a refund, contact our customer service at support@aiseries.ng with your order number and reason for the refund.
Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable. Tickets purchased at a discount (Early Bird), or as part of a promotion are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 15 - 20 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting the event, refund policies may be adjusted at our discretion. Notifications and instructions will be provided via email.
